Meet Our Team

Simcha Werner, NHA


Simcha Werner is licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Pennsylvania. Simcha prides himself on being a “hands-on” administrator who is involved with all aspects of resident life. Driven to provide high-quality Resident Center Care, he believes “Nothing is too small or large to enhance the quality of the life of the residents”. This positive energy can be felt in the family-like environment nurtured at Richboro. Simcha joined the team as Assistant Administrator at Richboro in September 2019 and became Administrator in July 2020. Simcha is not all business though, he has an artistic side as well. When not working he greatly enjoys music and singing.

Tara Drummond

Marketing Director and External Care Manager

Tara Drummond is the Marketing Director and External Care Manager at Richboro Rehab & Nursing Center. She is an experienced Respiratory Care Practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the hospital and health care industry with adults and pediatrics. In addition, she also has experience in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and “most importantly a dedicated Patient Advocate”.

Jerome Bailey

Director of Admissions/Social Services

Jerome Bailey is the Director of Admissions and Social Services at Richboro Rehab and Nursing Center. He is an experienced professional and obtained his bachelor’s degree of Social Work (BSW) from Cabrini University, graduating with honors. Jerome is very dedicated to helping others and ensuring that they have the best quality of life. “I’m proud to be part of a care team that values the dignity and respect of all persons who come through our doors.” In his free time, Jerome loves spending time with his family and friends or catching up on his favorite television shows.
